Relationship between Blood Pressure and Multimorbidity with Glomerular Filtration Rate (GFR) in Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

چکیده
The prevalence of hypertension and chronic kidney disease continues to increase worldwide has the potential experience more significant cardiovascular disease. Older patients have also reported an association between a modest decrease in glomerular filtration rate (GFR) systolic blood pressure. As (CKD) increases with age, multiple complications can occur, including hypertension, diabetes, other diseases. Multimorbidity is defined as condition having two or morbidities. This study aims evaluate relationship pressure multimorbidity failure at RST Dompet Dhuafa Parung, Bogor Regency. research retrospective cross-sectional design using consecutive sampling method. Data was taken from medical records on 112 samples undergoing hemodialysis period January 2021 March 2022. results Spearman correlation test showed p-value 0.025 GFR 0.008 diastolic GFR. At same time, statistical 0.209. It be seen that there GFR, whereas no Parung Bogor.

Evaluation of Glomerular Filtration Rate Estimating Formulas in Diabetic Patients with Chronic Kidney Disease
Objective: Measurement of glomerular filtration rate (GFR) is the best determinant in assessment of kidney function for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes. As extremely accurate methods of GFR measurement (i.e. Inulin clearance) are expensive and Time-consuming and due to limitations of the 24 hour urine collection method, some formula have been developed for the GFR measurement. Here we have ...
متن کاملGenetic damage in chronic renal failure patients is associated with the glomerular filtration rate index.
Chronic renal failure (CRF) patients are considered to present genomic instability and, as a consequence, elevated levels of genetic damage. An open question is whether this damage is related to the stage of the pathology. To determine the background levels of genetic damage, a large population of 258 Caucasian adults (201 CRF patients and 57 controls) was analysed using the micronucleus (MN) a...
متن کاملThe relationship between thyroid function and estimated glomerular filtration rate in patients with chronic kidney disease.
BACKGROUND Recent studies have shown an increasing risk of hypothyroidism with incrementally lower estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) in cohorts comprised of patients with normal to mildly impaired kidney function. We sought to confirm these findings in a nationally representative cohort of Veterans Affairs patients with moderate-to-severe chronic kidney disease (CKD). METHODS This s...
متن کاملThe Relationship between Attitude and Practical Commitment to Prayer and Death Anxiety in Patients with Chronic Renal Failure
Introduction: Chronic renal failure is a stressful condition, and patients with this condition are faced with the fear of death due to their stressful physical and mental conditions. Studies have shown that prayer is associated with greater relaxation and reduced levels of anxiety and stress in patients. This study aims to investigate the relationship between attitude and practical commitment t...
